Change of Idea

I was doing a little more research and I think I’d like to change the direction I’m going in. I’ve decided to go with comedy and do Adam Sandler movies. I think he’s done some really good comedy films that I have personally enjoyed. I think I would have a lot of fun with it.
I’ll be blogging my sketches soon.

I started to think about which movies I wanted to base this projects on. I started flipping through my box of dvd’s at home and one of the first directors that came to mind was Steven Soderbergh. He is an American film producer, screenwriter, cinematograher, editor, actor, and an Academy Award-winning film director. He is best known for directing commercial Hollywood films like:
Traffic-A conservative judge is appointed by the President to spearhead America’s escalating war against drugs, only to discover that his teenage daughter is an addict.
Ocean’s eleven and the rest of the Ocean’s series.
Ocean’s eleven- Danny Ocean and his ten accomplices plan to rob three Las Vegas casinos simultaneously.
Solaris: A troubled psychologist is sent to investigate the crew of an isolated research station orbiting a bizarre planet.
I also found a couple of movies I owned which were directed by Ridley Scott.
Black Hawk Down-123 elite U.S. soldiers drop into Somalia to capture two top lieutenants of a renegade warlord and find themselves in a desperate battle with a large force of heavily-armed Somalis.
American Gangster- In 1970s America, a detective works to bring down the drug empire of Frank Lucas, a heroin kingpin from Manhattan, who is smuggling the drug into the country from the Far East.
Gladiator- When a Roman general is betrayed and his family murdered by a corrupt prince, he comes to Rome as a gladiator to seek revenge.
GI Jane- A female Senator succeeds in enrolling a woman into Navy SEALS training where everyone expects her to fail.
This what I have in mind so far.
